Entry Procedure

Follow the instructions on the online forms to enter teams, athletes, and ACCURATE seed marks. MASTERS ENTRIES - HIGH SCHOOL ENTRIES - COLLEGE/OPEN ENTRIES - YOUTH ENTRIES |

Make sure that you include a valid email address on all of your entry forms. |

Use separate online forms for male and female entries. |
|
Please do NOT list relay personnel. Relay declarations are made the day of the event. |
| Once your entries have been successfully made, you will receive an immediate confirmation. PLEASE PRINT THIS... |
| Print, read, and sign the Waiver Statement and mail it with your Entry Fees. |
All entries must be completed online by December 21, 2007. All entry fees MUST be postmarked no later than December 21st to avoid Late Fees. If you miss the deadline, your entries will be subject to acceptance AND late entry fees. No entries will be accepted until entry fees are received.
NO TELEPHONE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED !!
