2008 Dartmouth Relays

High School Entries

  • Make sure that you include a valid email address on your entry forms.

  • Use separate forms for Boys and Girls.

  • Please do NOT list relay personnel. Relay declarations are made the day of the meet.

  • Once your entries have been submitted, you will immediately see a confirmation web page.

  • PRINT the confirmation for your records

  • Print, read, and sign the Waiver Statement and mail it with your entry fees.

  • Entry fee is $ 10.00 (US Funds only) per Individual event and $ 10.00 per Relay event.

  • Maximum entry fee of $ 150.00 per gender team. Boys and Girls entries are considered separate teams.

  • Deadline for entries is DECEMBER 21, 2007.

  • Entry fees must be postmarked no later than DECEMBER 21, 2007.

  • Entries will not be accepted and processed until entry fees are received.

  • Any entries after December 21st are subject to late entry fees.

  • Be sure your athletes meet the Qualifying Standards where applicable.

  • Maximum of 3 athletes per event per team.

  • Only 1 relay team per event - NO "B" TEAMS.

  • No doubling in the Long Jump and Triple Jump without approval of Meet Director.

  • For more than 12 entries, submit additional forms.
