2008 Dartmouth Relays
High School Entries
Make sure that you include a valid email address on your entry forms.
Use separate forms for Boys and Girls.
Please do NOT list relay personnel. Relay declarations are made the day of the meet.
Once your entries have been submitted, you will immediately see a confirmation web page.
PRINT the confirmation for your records
Print, read, and sign the Waiver Statement and mail it with your entry fees.
Entry fee is $ 10.00 (US Funds only) per Individual event and $ 10.00 per Relay event.
Maximum entry fee of $ 150.00 per gender team. Boys and Girls entries are considered separate teams.
Deadline for entries is DECEMBER 21, 2007.
Entry fees must be postmarked no later than DECEMBER 21, 2007.
Entries will not be accepted and processed until entry fees are received.
Any entries after December 21st are subject to late entry fees.
Be sure your athletes meet the Qualifying Standards where applicable.
Maximum of 3 athletes per event per team.
Only 1 relay team per event - NO "B" TEAMS.
No doubling in the Long Jump and Triple Jump without approval of Meet Director.
For more than 12 entries, submit additional forms.
