2008 Dartmouth Relays
College & Open Entries
Make sure that you include a valid email address on your entry forms.
Use separate forms for Men and Women.
Please do NOT list relay personnel. Relay declarations are made the day of the meet.
Once your entries have been submitted, you will immediately see a confirmation web page.
PRINT the confirmation for your records
Print, read, and sign the Waiver Statement and mail it with your entry fees.
Entry fee is $ 10.00 (US Funds only) per Individual event and $ 10.00 per Relay event.
Maximum entry fee of $ 150.00 per gender team. Men and Women entries are considered separate teams.
Deadline for entries is DECEMBER 21, 2007.
Entry fees must be postmarked no later than DECEMBER 21, 2007.
Entries will not be accepted and processed until entry fees are received.
Any entries after December 23rd are subject to late entry fees.
Be sure your athletes meet the Qualifying Standards where applicable.
For more than 12 entries, submit additional forms.
Online Entries are now CLOSED! - LATE entries may be available on Sunday at the meet!
