1. The first week is now done and I think we are off to a great start.  Numbers-wise, last year we had 364 – 389 – 344 entries in the 3 sessions at UNH.  This year we had 426 – 401 – 431.  At Dartmouth, last year they had 600+ entries, this year 700+, so our numbers across the board are up, but things still went very smoothly.
  2. At UNH, when you are putting in your entries for the high jump and long jump, don’t put them all together.  Spread them out.  Also, try and write neatly, and put your best athletes at the bottom.
  3. This year, for the first meet, the athletes seemed to be much more aware of what was going on at the meets.  Good job.
  4. It is your responsibility to check the battlenotes for errors, etc.  You must do this weekly.  If there are errors, you must contact Amy Sanborn (Amy@LancerTiming.com) immediately.  Mistakes that are over one week old will not be corrected.
  5. At the UNH meets, we have the same athletic trainer that we have had for the past 2 years.  Her name is Erika and she is located along the wall near where you do entries.  She will be wearing a red vest.
  6. Don’t forget the Wildcat Relays.  Girls’ entries are due by Sunday, January 2.  If you can’t get a check because of the holidays, turn your entries in anyway and get the check and bring it to the meet.  I will accept entries at regular season meets and then give them to Jim Boulanger.
  7. In the Wildcat Relays, team scores will not be kept.  I polled coaches last year at the meet and a big majority favored this.  Because of this, you now will be allowed to enter 2 teams per event if you wish.
  8. In the meet results on-line, if an athlete does not have a grade, that means they are not entered in direct athletics.  Please see that this is done for all your athletes.
